Senior Licensing Manager

We are seeking a Senior Licensing Manager.

​In this role you will:

• Lead the development and execution of a regional licensing program, driving strong retail presence across Softlines and FMCG/promotional categories.
• Partner with global and regional commercial teams to coordinate product placement and maximize brand visibility at key retailers in Brazil.
• Manage licensees, oversee product approvals, support promotional partnerships, and ensure alignment with global strategies and financial targets.

Required qualifications:

• 8–10+ years of experience in licensing, retail, FMCG or related industries
• Strong knowledge of the Brazilian retail landscape
• Experience in merchandise licensing, promotions or manufacturing
• Bilingual English and Brazilian Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
• Strategic mindset with strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Experience in financial planning and quarterly forecasting
• Availability to travel to Mexico and the US
