Senior Licensing Manager

We are seeking a Senior Licensing Manager.
In this role you will:
- Lead the development and execution of a regional licensing program, driving strong retail presence across Softlines and FMCG/promotional categories.
- Partner with global and regional commercial teams to coordinate product placement and maximize brand visibility at key retailers in Brazil.
- Manage licensees, oversee product approvals, support promotional partnerships, and ensure alignment with global strategies and financial targets.
Required qualifications:
- 8–10+ years of experience in licensing, retail, FMCG or related industries
- Strong knowledge of the Brazilian retail landscape
- Experience in merchandise licensing, promotions or manufacturing
- Bilingual English and Brazilian Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience in financial planning and quarterly forecasting
- Availability to travel to Mexico and the US
